ABOUT ME

I am a Relate trained, experienced relationship therapist and clinical supervisor, working with young people,  individuals, couples, and families. I provide both in-person sessions in North-West London and online therapy, giving clients the flexibility to receive support wherever they are.

My passion lies in helping people build healthier relationships, understand the root causes of emotional struggles, and develop stronger coping strategies. Therapy is not just about addressing challenges—it’s also about fostering self- growth, awareness, and long-term resilience.

My initial training with Relate was in systemic and psychodynamic modalities. I am also trained in cognitive behavioural therapy. Although my primary approach is psychodynamic practice, I will tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. Our work may be time limited or long term, based on what is beneficial for you.
