My Approach
My core approaches is psychodynamic psychotherapy where we explore thoughts and feelings outside of your awareness. I also use CBT and systemic approaches and integrate them into sessions.
As a relationship therapist, I help you understand how to hold multiple perspectives in mind. Our sessions provide a space for you to explore your experiences with depth and honesty. This may be within yourself or with your partners or family members. Ultimately, therapy enables you to make choices with clarity and acceptance.
