Overall, I believe that a respectful and trusting relationship is the basis for any therapeutic work. I offer both short term and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs. I offer a safe and confidential space in which we understand how our current behavioural patterns draw from early relational experiences, thereby creating insight into why you might be feeling ‘stuck’ in repetitive interactions.
Whether with individuals, couples or families, our work together examines how thoughts, feelings and behaviours are co-constructed between people. I work on developing listening skills, building empathy and understanding in order to manage conflict, improve communication and strengthen resilience, individually and relationally.
